About B&B Mechanical Inc

Terrence was born and raised in rural Northern Florida. Upon graduating High School he join the Marine Corps which ultimately resulted in being stationed in San Diego.

After serving during Operation enduring Freedom, he left the Marines and stayed in San Diego.

In 2008, Terrence started in the Mechanical industry in which over the years he has held the positions of Scheduler, Office Manager, Field helper, Service Technician, Field Manager, Service Manager, General Manager and currently as CEO of B&B Mechanical Inc.

Terrence specializes in cost-efficient solutions for clients with challenging mechanical needs.

Having been a Field Technician for many years gives Terrence the right skill set to understand how mechanical systems operate when it directly relates to Maintenance, Service, and Retrofit of those items.

Terrence loves everything about the HVAC Trade and has long been dedicated to giving back his knowledge to others with the goal of only making the trade that much better.

Outside of work, you will find Terrence anywhere there is a beach, at a Padres game, riding a dirt bike in the desert, or trying a new restaurant.

Katelynn has been with B&B Mechanical Inc since 2020, supporting the team behind the scenes and helping keep day to day operations on track.

As Accounting Manager, she handles everything from payroll, accounts payable and receivable, to labor compliance and the daily ins and outs of the office.

Having been around the HVAC industry for as long as she can remember, Katelynn has developed a deep respect for the trade and enjoys being part of a field that’s always moving and evolving. She especially appreciates how fast paced and unpredictable each day can be : it’s what keeps the work exciting.

Known for being organized, detail oriented, and determined, Katelynn thrives in a busy environment. She’s driven by a desire to always improve, push limits, and perform at her absolute best because she knows it benefits both herself and her Team.

Outside of work, Katelynn loves spending time with her family at the desert, in a boat on the river, or snowboarding during the winter months.

She’s also passionate about beauty, skincare, and all things glam.

Her favorite place in the world is the Colorado River, where she can relax, recharge, and make memories with the people she loves most.

Katelynn has two dogs who completely rule her world, bringing her constant joy and a good excuse to slow down every once in a while.

Katelynn values being part of a Team that takes pride in its work and is excited to keep learning and growing alongside the company.

She looks forward to embracing new challenges, supporting her colleagues, and contributing to B&B Mechanical’s continued success in the ever-evolving HVAC industry.

Ashley has been in the HVAC industry for over 17 years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role at B&B Mechanical Inc, where she’s been part of the team since 2021.

With a strong background in residential HVAC, she began her career as a dispatcher in Las Vegas, where she developed her ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

At B&B Mechanical, she plays a vital role in day-to-day operations, known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while staying focused on delivering exceptional support to both customers and technicians.

Her genuine commitment to doing the job right, whether it’s coordinating schedules or problem-solving in the moment, sets her apart. She values collaboration and believes that strong relationships with technicians are key to a successful team.

Known for her quick thinking, high energy, and dedication, she finds satisfaction in the challenges each day brings and is always looking for ways to improve systems and workflow.

Outside of work, she’s passionate about staying active and spends her free time weightlifting, hiking, roller skating, paddleboarding, and running. She also loves going to concerts and checking out new breweries around town.

She’s currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at San Diego State University and has plans to return for her master’s degree in the near future.

Kyle has been in the HVAC since a young age, going to work with his Dad.

Since being a full-time employee upon graduating high school, Kyle have transitioned through roles as a Helper, Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, to currently as the Service Manager at B&B Mechanical Inc.

For day-to-day operation, Kyle assists other technicians when needed, works with customers for complicated items, questions and logistical needs.

Kyle specializes in large equipment Service and Repairs to include Boilers, Pumps, Cooling Towers and Chillers.

Kyle consistently attends factory training from all aspects of equipment to be the Company's go to person for all items.

Being born and raised in San Diego Kyle enjoys his time in the sand dunes during wintertime, on a jet ski at the river in the summer, or just around the house tinkering on random projects at home.

Brian grew up in Southern California and graduated High School in Illinois. He attended a full Trade School for the HVAC industry before starting in the trade.

Brian has worked in the San Diego area within the Commercial Mechanical market for over 25 years.

Brian has been a Manager at some capacity within the trade since 2010 and is currently the Field Operations Manager at B&B Mechanical Inc.

Brian loves doing hands on training with all new Technicians coming into the trade which ensures quality and proper practices.

Currently, he handles all Large Construction projects and Estimates.

He strives for quality and thrives in challenging situations where he can use his experience.

Outside of work you can find Brian in the desert or track on a dirt bike all over Southern California racing R/C Cars.

Angela Middaugh serves as Business Development Manager at B&B Mechanical Inc., bringing 11 years of industry experience and a well-rounded background built through hands-on roles across dispatch, billing, account management, collections, and outside sales. Her diverse experience provides a strong understanding of both internal operations and client-facing relationships.

With a customer-first mindset, Angela approaches business development with insight, efficiency, and a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering value-driven solutions. Her ability to connect operational knowledge with strategic growth makes her a strong asset to the team.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, hiking, visiting the beach, and making memories with their family dog.

Angela’s experience, energy, and commitment to relationships make her a valued member of the B&B Mechanical Inc team.

Jaylee Crabb, who has been a valued member of the B&B Mechanical Inc. team since 2023, serving as an Accounting Assistant. Jaylee brings consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to her role, helping support the financial operations that keep our company running smoothly.

Her reliability and positive attitude make a meaningful impact behind the scenes, and she is a valued contributor to our continued success.

Outside of work, Jaylee enjoys spending time at the river and in the desert, staying active through Pilates and workouts, and making the most of time with family and friends.

Ian is a Level 3 HVAC Technician with over nine years of industry experience, bringing dedication, technical skill, and professionalism to every project he supports. Known for his commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement, Ian takes pride in delivering high-quality work while contributing positively to the team and the clients we serve.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time at the beach during the summer months, cruising on his skateboard, and taking part in seasonal activities with his family. He is also a passionate Los Angeles Chargers fan and never misses an opportunity to support his team on game day.

Above all, Ian values his role as a father. Learning and growing alongside his daughter is his greatest joy, and each day brings new experiences that keep him inspired both personally and professionally.

Trent is a Level 3 HVAC Technician with nine years of industry experience at B&B Mechanical Inc. He is known for his strong work ethic, advanced technical expertise, and commitment to delivering quality workmanship on every project. Trent consistently contributes to team success through reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time outdoors, including trips to the dunes and fishing whenever he can. These interests reflect the same focus, patience, and balance he brings to his role and teamwork on the job.

Francisco is a Level 3 Technician supporting Special Projects at B&B Mechanical Inc., with five years of experience in the HVAC trade. Francisco brings advanced technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality to every project he supports.

In his role on Special Projects, Francisco is known for his versatility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt to unique and challenging scopes of work. His experience and professionalism make him a valuable resource to both the field and project teams.

Outside of work, Francisco enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with his wife and their “kids” (their dogs). He also enjoys cooking dinner, baking cookies and muffins, skydiving, bowling, hitting the batting cages, and staying active through workouts—bringing balance and energy into everything he does.

Brandon, a Level 1 Technician supporting Special Projects at B&B Mechanical Inc., with one and a half years of experience in the HVAC trade. Growing up, Brandon gained early exposure to the industry by going on side jobs with his dad, giving him a strong foundational understanding of the trade before entering it professionally.

In his current role, Brandon continues to build his skills through hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn—making him a valuable contributor to our Special Projects team.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active by working out, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family, maintaining a healthy balance between work and life.

We’re proud to spotlight Draven, who has been part of the B&B Mechanical Inc. team for eight months as our driver while actively learning the HVAC trade. Draven plays an important role in supporting our field operations and is gaining valuable exposure to the industry as he works toward his goal of transitioning into the field in the future.

His curiosity, reliability, and eagerness to learn reflect a strong foundation for continued growth within the trade, and we’re excited to support his development as his career progresses.

Outside of work, Draven enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing video games, playing ice hockey, visiting speakeasies, and has a goal of learning to play the saxophone—showcasing a creative and well-rounded set of interests.
